The object of study - 115 patients with breast cancer.Purpose - to improve the efficiency of treatment and improve the quality of life of patients with breast cancer by developing new methods of neoadjuvant treatment.Methods and apparatus - clinical, morphological, radiological, statistical; mammography "Simens", ultrasound machine «Aloka», hagiographic installation «Philips BV Pulsera», the unit "Mahniterm."Analyzed the immediate results of treatment of patients with breast cancer with the use of standard and developed new methods of neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Comparative analysis of the results suggests the suspicion preferred methods modified chemoradiotherapy and selective intra-arterial chemotherapy compared to standard systemic chemotherapy.A method for the treatment of edematous forms of breast cancer, where applicable system-selective route of administration of chemotherapy drugs. The advantages of this method by the number of complete (6.6% mainly against 0% in the control group) and partial tumor regressions (37.5% in the study to 25.4% in the control group), and the number of progression (0% in the intervention group versus 3.6% in the control). The method allowed to perform radical surgery more than half of the patients of the main group due to high indicator of partial tumor regression.The method of treatment of locally spread breast cancer with the use of system-selective neoadjuvant chemotherapy using mahnitotermiyi contributes to a significant increase in objective tumor response to treatment (thus increasing by 14.7% incidence of complete and partial regression of primary tumors by criteria RECIST). Neoadjuvant systemic-selective chemotherapy using mahnitotermiyi allows 13.2% increase in the percentage of organ and 5.4% reconstructive surgery. The use of chemoradiotherapy in combination with radiomodyfikatoramy leads to a significant increase in the percentage of positive responses of the tumor compared to using conventional chemoradiotherapy. In patients with breast cancer after neoadjuvant chemotherapy may conduct intraoperative detection "sentry" lymph nodes (efficiency techniques was 87.5%). Methods of detection "sentry" lymph nodes to prevent postoperative complications, shortens treatment improves the quality of life of patients.
