It was found and analyzed binding energy of nitrogen bases and D-mannitol, the distance between them and atoms or groups that take part in interaction of these compounds. By FT-IR and Raman spectroscopy methods was shown that RNA and D-mannitol formatted complex whereas RNA and sorbitol or lactose didn't form such complex. Using pyrolytic mass spectrometry method was studied pyrolysis products for to find possible bonds between RNA and D-mannitol. So, the obtained data are indicated that there is more stable and compact RNA structure in complex RNA and D-mannitol.
