The methods of data representation in computer technology operating images, measurement processing, recognition and interpretation of complex waveforms, computer technology of semantic processing of textual information are developed. The algorithm, which is a polynomial time given the number of the best solutions of the system of fuzzy constraints and capable of self-control of his results is proposed. An experimental study of the developed methods and accuracy of solving problems is investigated. The system of semantic thematic classification and clustering of cases and text streams and computer-aided construction of natural language interfaces to databases is implemented. A basic module of intellectual information technologies of integrated processing of signals from the environment is developed. The technology is implemented in a system of intelligent control of autonomous mobile robot.
