Objective: analysis of the impact of sociocultural factors on the development of the labor market in Ukraine. According to the research objectives set out in the following main research objectives: o identify characteristics of sociocultural determination of modern Ukrainian society of economic transformation and the transformation of social development; o analyze socio-cultural factors that determine changes in the labor market, identify key impacts of social and cultural factors; o identify and explore the empirical characteristics of Ukrainian labor market. Methods: a systematic approach, analysis and research of documentary sources polls adult population (standardized interviews) mathematical and statistical analysis, secondary data analysis of polls, expert interviews, content analysis, comparative analysis, scientific forecasting. Basic scientific results: based on an interdisciplinary approach, the labor market as a subject-subject interaction between systems supply and demand of labor under existing rules, regulations, control mechanisms and prevailing values. Ukraine is determined that the highest inherent material deprivation in comparison with other countries belonging to different models of the welfare state. For the first time the estimation of structural economic and socio-cultural manifestations of social exclusion of different groups depending on their integration into the labor market. Protest analyzed patterns of behavior based on the actual events of protest (as opposed to the traditional practice of analyzing protest intentions). The peculiarities of the link between education and value orientations that define the socio-cultural conditioning probable behavior of young people in transition from school to work. For the first time in the analysis of institutional forms of collective action and protection of vested interests in the field of labor relations in Ukraine formed the concept of competitive offers from organizational structures (including civil society, corporatist and patronage-kliyentelnyh structures), located in the space between private life and the state in post-communist society. Established actual labor value under current challenges of the labor market, including growth of informal employment, increasing polarization of income, changes in factors of unemployment, migration challenges and more. Scientific novelty: the study is that the first time applied the model of socio-cultural analysis to the domestic labor market, developed a multidimensional analysis system influences sociocultural environments on the foundation of formation of the current functioning of the domestic labor market; identified socio-cultural factors of exclusion from the labor market; proved that Ukrainian society mechanisms of exclusion from the labor market is the lack of interpersonal trust, low level of education and subjective assessment of the success of economic behavior within the labor market; shown that socio-cultural and structural factors of exclusion from the labor market is culturally dependent. The theoretical interpretation of the concept of "socio-cultural" in the context of the labor market, the definition and structure of the key factors of social and cultural development of the Ukrainian labor market; generalization of social, economic and cultural differences in the relative importance of individual labor values in the labor market of Ukraine; determine the effect of status, job security, organizational commitment and professional identification of the formation of human values. In scientific terms of new results should consider the following: expediency assessment and cross-cultural comparisons of social and cultural factors of exclusion from the labor market: a) interpersonal trust; b) the level of education; c) the regularity of the use of ICT (Internet); d) the subjective evaluation of the success of economic behavior within the labor market. These monitoring and evaluation of appropriate conduct applying data international comparative studies (World Values Survey, European Values Study, European Social Survey, etc.) that make it possible to establish common and different manifestations of exclusion in countries with different approaches to the formation of social policy; made recommendations for permanently monitoring manifestations of social exclusion using economic-structural and socio-cultural criteria among different categories of the working population, which is integrated into the labor market, as well as among those who dropped out of the group. The results were used in the preparation of 20 scientific and analytical memoranda, proposals, recommendations and other materials that were sent to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Presidential Administration of Ukraine, Ministry of Social Policy, Security Service of Ukraine, the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, State employment service, the security service of Ukraine and others. 7 Received positive feedback on their use in practice the central government.
