The study was conducted at LLC "Prettl-Cable Ukraine". The purpose of the substantiation of theoretical provisions, the definition of methodological approaches and the development of applied recommendations for the development of effective organizational and economical mechanism of sustainable industrial enterprises development. Research methods: sociological, economic and statistical analysis, economic and mathematical methods, method of expert evaluations. Data processing was carried out by using computer technologies and Microsoft Excel software. The results of the research: Developed conceptual approaches to the construction of the organizational-economic mechanism of steady industrial enterprise development. Formed the scientific-methodical recommendations for organizational sustainable industrial enterprises development according to the concept of "diversity management". Scientific novelty: developed new scientific and methodological approaches to the management of innovative potential of the enterprise, which are based on the motivational basis of the staff behavior with the selection of two components of motivational direction - the formation of innovative capacity and innovation potential; developed theoretical and methodological basis of innovative activity management of the industrial enterprise, which is based on TQM principles; selected priorities of innovation activity in the context of European integration and sustainable development of industrial enterprises; formed scientific-methodical recommendations for organizational sustainable development of industrial enterprises according to the concept of "diversity management"; proposed scientific-methodical approaches to the justification of decisions about the integration of industrial enterprises in the framework of technological chains on their own initiative or joining existing integration associations at the state's initiative or in the framework of the state programs, which extends the scenarios of their sustainable development.
