The importance of this process for a business entity is due to the specifics of its document flow, a large part of which is outside the organizational structures of record keeping, however, they are an important factor in ensuring the vital functions of all its divisions. The existing traditional accounting system can not at a high level ensure optimization of document circulation and control over the processing of information that is key to the management system. The use of state-of-the-art communication technology creates conditions for movement and cumulation of documents reflected through the operation of document flows and arrays, which allows you to solve tasks that are difficult or impossible to solve by traditional methods.To date, there is no generally accepted method of introducing a system of documentation support of the business entity, which in practice leads to the existence of a variety of approaches to its definition.The object of the research of research work is theoretical and practical aspects of the formation and development of a system of informational and documentary support for the management of a private enterprise. The purpose of the research work is to study the organization of document circulation in a private enterprise on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the activities of the structural units of PE "Bake". Based on the legislation, which is the basis of organizational and administrative documentation of enterprises and organizations of Ukraine, the experience of foreign and domestic scientists of this field and practice of documentation of specific institutions, to make a theoretical analysis of the problem of unification of documentation in the enterprises and its influence on the effectiveness of the implementation of the functions of structural units of the institutions of Ukraine.Methods of research: comparison, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, systemic, monographic, analogy, formalization and logical approach to the study of relevant processes, empirical knowledge, grouping, comparison, observation, generalization, formal-logical, etc.The generalized scientific result of the work is the development of scientifically substantiated recommendations for the improvement of the document circulation system in the management of the subject of entrepreneurship. Determination of the algorithm for optimizing the system of document management in the management of the subject of entrepreneurship allowed to provide methodological recommendations for optimizing the information and documentation of management activities of the subject of entrepreneurship.The conducted researches allowed to receive new scientific results, which are as follows: the directions of improvement of the system of informational and documentary support of management activity are substantiated; The main factors that restrain the practical implementation of the projects of the subject of entrepreneurship are determined; The principles of implementation of information and documentation support of management are supplemented; Found that the optimal form of project implementation is the automation of the documentation system throughout the life cycle of the existence of documents, which will increase the effectiveness of the interaction of all parts of the management.The degree of implementation - at the development level.
