Among the known and partially tested methods proposed to create this effect are low-frequency mechanical oscillations. If 20-25% of the total outer surface of the particles take part in the extraction process by traditional methods, then the imposition of low-frequency oscillations on the interacting phases helps to reduce the external diffusion resistance and brings the increase in the active surface to 100%. At the same time, the greatest effect for continuous countercurrent extraction can be achieved by combining vibro-mixing (for a batch process) and simultaneously vibrotransportation (for a continuous process) using vibrating devices of a special original design. At the heart of such transportation lie the mechanisms of phase separation: fixation of the isolated solid phase on the previous vibro-septum and its further transfer to the energy impact zone of the next vibro-septum. The need for such a separation of the general process of countercurrent transportation into separate mechanisms is necessary for the practical implementation of continuous extraction because of the complexity of the hydrodynamics of the secondary currents that arise around the vibrating partitions and the specificity of the displacement of individual suspension particles under local low-frequency high-amplitude perturbations. Therefore, to solve the problems of the project, a scientific substantiation of the above-mentioned effects is proposed, especially for the ground-solid-liquid systems with a small difference in phase densities with a rigid mechanical structure, and on its basis the development of a new method and progressive equipment for efficient extraction of target components from plant raw materials.
