Developed methods of synthesis of 98 new fused imidazole compounds (imidazothiazines, imidazoazepines, imidazopyridines) and imidazole heteroanalogues (pyrrolopyridines, triazoloazepines, triazacyclopent [cd]azulenes, triazolopyrimidines, triazolothiadiazines, thiazolopyridazinones). Performed screening in silico, in vivo of the target biological activity species - analgesic, anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor. Obtained compounds leaders, promising to study in depth.
