Analgesic use of Amlodipine with Dicrofenak or celecoxib increase analgesic effect of mentioned NSAIDs considerably. Arterial hypertension increase limbs swelling during adjuvant arthritis. Unlike Diclofenak and Nimesulide, celecoxib considerably decrease limhs swelling during comorbid state. Combined use of celecoxib with Amlodipine decrease limbs swelling greatly.
