Diclofenak and Nimesulide don't have hypertensive effect when experimental rheumatoid arthritis is coupled with arterial hypertension. antihypertensive calcium antagonist Amlodipine elicit activity when used alone and I combination with other NSAIDs in the background of comorbid state' using of Diclophenak in the background of comorbid state cause tachyanhythmia in white rats' In the background of conjuncted pathology Nimesulide shows healing effect especially in the time of acute phase of adjuvant arthritis development, which is characterized by heart rate decrease. Dyhydropyridine-derived calcium antagonist Amlodipine strengthen tachyarrhythmia when combined with NSAIDs and don't have antiarrhytmic effect on conditions of coniuncted pathology. In the background of comorbid state pain sensitivity is decrease. Analgesic effect of celecoxib during combined pathology is higher than effects of Diclofenak and Nimesulide. Analgesic use of Amlodipine with Dicrofenak or celecoxib increase analgesic effect of mentioned NSAIDs considerably. Arterial hypertension increase limbs swelling during adjuvant arthritis. Unlike Diclofenak and Nimesulide, celecoxib considerably decrease limhs swelling during comorbid state. Combined use of celecoxib with Amlodipine decrease limbs swelling greatly.
