The research objective is the agro-food development of Ukraine. The purpose of the study is to develop mechanisms and substantiate the key areas for ensuring balanced dynamic development of the agrarian sector of Ukraine. Methods of research: statistical and economic, economic and mathematical, abstract-logical, monographic, calculative-analytical, index, balance , systemic, structural-functional and comparative analysis, etc. Results: developed methodological principles for determining the macroeconomic share of the agrarian national The estimation of the impact of the agro-food development on the financial security of producers, on the innovation of the national economy and the industry, on the competitiveness of the national economy and on the industry, on the competitiveness of the national economy, on the quality of agricultural production, on the efficiency of the whole national economy, the scientific approach to the establishment of the patterns of development of agricultural production in the conditions of climate change and the action of the innovative factor, the internal and global agrarian market, natural resource constraints of agricultural production; The main contradictions in the development of wholesale agricultural markets (ARSP) and the process of their state regulation are identified. Degree of implementation: some results obtained during the study were proposed to the public authorities for use in practical activities aimed at improving the legal, organizational and economic aspects of state policy in ensuring balanced dynamic growth of agricultural production; drafting relevant legislative and regulatory acts. Scope of use: agrarian sector of the economy.
