Finish-making of 5 samples of portable ECG-photometric complexes were conducted after preliminary tests. Exploitation documentation were worked out and the package of documentation was prepared for State Drug Service. Estimation of conformity was conducted in SE UkrTEST, preclinical tests at Marzeev Institute of Public Health and clinical tests at Main Military Clinical Hospital (GVKG) are conducted. Сomplex was tested at a number of bodies: Ukrainian Military Medical Academy, Odesa Military Academy, National center of radiation medicine, Hospital for scientists of NASU, KNEU named after V. Hetman. Analysis of post-traumatic damage of the cardiovascular system was conducted for patients with a various battle trauma at GVKG. About 200 servicemen from 28 and 30 Brigades were observed in the ATO zone. Device gives the complex estimation of heart, vascular system, vegetative nervous system and level of haemoglobin, possibility to diagnose the state of patient into critical condition, to determine a "adaptation resource" in real time. Clear presentation of results gives an opportunity of field application by persons even without medical education.
