The aim is to identify risk factors in the microbial production of structure-plant - dietary supplements "Spirulina-Alhalayf" and develop recommendations to improve the sanitary regime at work. The work on the basis of microbiological and biochemical studies were identified and the main properties of microorganisms polluting production process structure-plant - dietary supplements "Spirulina-Alhalayf." Determined risks of infection and control measures at all stages of the process. Developed and implemented the recommendations of sanitary regime at the company. The recommendations can be used to develop and implement HACCP in this production.
