Estimations of optimal diameters of microneedles are obtained. These diameters provide comfort using of microneedles and effective transdermal drug delivery. A new variant of mirror descent method for solving variational inequalities with pseudomonotone operator is proposed. A new finite-difference scheme for solving differential boundary-value problems based on a parabolic spline is developed. The effectiveness of the method is demonstrated on the example of steady equation of second order with a small parameter in the highest derivative. A mathematical model of exterior ballistics is developed. This model is a modification of NATO model according to the standard STANAG 4355.
