New numerical methods for simulation of transdermal drug transport are developed. Estimations of optimal diameters of microneedles are obtained. These diameters provide comfort using of microneedles and effective transdermal drug delivery. A new variant of mirror descent method for solving variational inequalities with pseudomonotone operator is proposed. A new finite-difference scheme for solving differential boundary-value problems based on a parabolic spline is developed. The effectiveness of the method is demonstrated on the example of steady equation of second order with a small parameter in the highest derivative. A mathematical model of exterior ballistics is developed. This model is a modification of NATO model according to the standard STANAG 4355.
