Aim - to improve the quality and life expectancy of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy by studying disease pathogenesis and development of algorithms for diagnosis and treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy, considering all possible causes enlargement of the cavities of the heart. Methods - statistical data processing general clinical and immunological examination methods, comprehensive data echocardiography, invasive haemodynamic and electrophysiological studies. Key words: dilated cardiomyopathy, cardiac pacemakers, left bundle branch block, atrial fibrillation, chronic cardiovascular failure, pulmonary hypertension, cascade plasmapheresis. According to the literature, the share of DCM among other cardiomyopathies is 60%. The importance of this issue is underlined by the fact that patients with dilated cardiomyopathy faster than other patients with myocardial Non-Coronary disease become resistant disabilities. Therefore, it was important to examine the features of the pathogenic mechanisms of DCM, to explore algorithms for diagnosis and to develop in accordance with the standards of treatment of DCM. It is possible to improve a particular approach to diagnosis and treatment, positive haemodynamic and clinical effects of the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy, which will allow the drug to reduce the burden on patients significantly, to reduce the frequency of hospitalizations, to increase quality of life, to reduce the cost of treatment.
