The project aim. To investigate theoretically: propagation of electromagnetic radiation in the atmosphere and in artificial quantum transmission lines, its interaction with nanosystems and metamaterials; micro- and nanoparticles interaction accompanied with aggregation and forming of ordered structures in liquid crystals. The results. Strong enhancing effect of correlations of photon trajectories on laser beam scintillations was shown to occur under conditions of a moderate turbulence. The methods of controlling the photon states, preserving entanglement and quadrature squeezing in transmission lines are proposed. Theory of multipole-director interaction in nematic liquid crystals is developd.
