First by thermokinetic analysis systems the sintered dispersion strengthened nihromiv samples and their thermoreaction solder for hypersonic aircraft were developed. The resulting large high-temperature products were tested on the stand. There studied nonequilibrium processes consolidation during sintering composite materials in the system Cu-Fe-Mo. Molybdenum activate compaction and recrystallization processes delay during solid-phase sintering. Molybdenum retards the solid copper-iron solutions after the solid and liquid phase sintering, which increases the plasticity of sintered composites. High-density sintered samples obtained without additional deformation processing for use as electrode material. The interaction of molybdenum melts based on inactive metals (Cu, Sn) with the active ingredient (Fe). The molybdenum solubility in the melts and the kinetics growth of Mo6Fe7 layer on the molybdenum surface are investigated . The conditions of the formation, composition and microstructure of intermetallic layer are studed..
