Practical recomendations were developed for improving the safety and efficacy of treatment of chronic heart failure with preserved ejection fraction depending on body weight based on the study of the functional state of vascular endothelium, platelet and markers of myocardial fibrosis by differential selection of loop diuretics. Recomendations for improving informativity of the cardiovascular risk assesment and quality of treatment of patients with arterial hypertension and obesity in the presence of comorbid pathology had been developed and studied.
