In this project we investigated the biophysical properties of nanobiosystem formed by carbon nanotubes, DNA/RNA and amino acids/chromophores. The structural and energetic properties of nanoscale systems formed by carbon nanotubes, biopolymers or their components and low molecular weight ligands at room and cryogenic temperatures are determined. The mechanism of formation of nanobiosystems based on carbon nanotubes and biopolymers (DNA / RNA and peptides) and their components is investigated.
