The object of the study is training specialists with operational-tactical and operational-strategic level of higher military education on the basis of training experience in the military education systems of the world leading countries. The scientific methods of theoretical and empirical research have been used for the realization of the research objectives. These research methods were complementary and provided the achievement of the purpose of the research. The main results of the research are : The main information regarding the research of preparation of specialists in the system of military education of the leading countries of the world was generalized; The content, structure, training, provision of the quality of education of the specialists with higher military operational-strategic and operational-tactical education was systematized , basing on the experience of training in the system of military education of the leading countries of the world, according to the specialties of the National Defense University of Ukraine named after Ivan Cherniakhovskyi. The implementation of the proposed approaches to the training of specialists with higher operational-strategic and military operational-tactical education, the directions of the provision of the quality of education , basing on the experience of training in the system of military education of the leading countries of the world will facilitate to update the regulatory and educational-methodological provision of educational process in higher military education institutions in order to achieve the necessary quality of higher military education and to improve the professional mobility of graduates.
