On the basis of the conducted researches, recommendations for rational modes of hydrothermal processing of cereals using the InHMT were developed, same: the kind of raw material that can be processed in the developed way; pre-treatment of raw materials before boiling and drying; form, construction and geometric dimensions of the mass transfer module, thermostat temperature. Established, the effect of development is achieved by reducing the number of technological operations used, performing major operations in one apparatus and reducing energy consumption per unit of production by more than 1.3 times.
