It is shown that under reaction with hydrazinhydrate 5-(morpholin-4-yl)-2-(4-phthalimidobutyl)-1,3-oxazole-4-carbonitrile product of recyclization fromed - (3-amino-5,6,7,8-tetragidroimidazo[1,2a]pyridin-2-yl)metanone, and in case of removing defence phtalimide group - 2-(5-aminopentyl)-5-(morpholin-4-yl)-1,3-oxazole-4-carbonitrile. In the first time the reaction of 2-acylamino-3,3-dichloroacrylonitrile with C-nucleophiles was investigated, which in case 4-(1-cyclopentyl-1-yl) morpholine led to the formation of new cyclopentyl ketones. Reaction of 1-acylamino-2,2-dichloroacrylonitrile, 1-acylamino-2,2,2-trichloroethyl phosphonic acids and 1-acylamino-2,2-dichloroethenylphosphonium salts with natural alkaloid cytisine studied, as a result a number of new polyfunctional derivatives of cytisine, contained pharmacological 1,3-oxazole fragment, synthesized.
