One of the effective ways to increase the use of channels and connecting lines in telecommunication networks in a changing environment is the dynamic distribution of information flows, which provides adaptation of the plan for the distribution of information transmission paths:the order of their choice when establishing a connection between correspondent nodes of switching, to conditions that change on the network (local overload in separate areas or sections of the network, damage to channels or their beams, failure of individual switching nodes, etc.), allows most efficiently use the resources available at the moment and thereby minimize call losses on switching channels and delay in sending messages or packets.
