The natural features of the physical and geographical districts of the Prut-Dniester interfluve have been characterized. For the first time, rare component of the region's flora have been identified. Their taxonomic composition, peculiarities of distribution has been analyzed. Species that were considered to have disappeared from the region have been discovered; the most valuable in sozological aspects representatives of rare phytogenetic fund have been identified. The taxonomic composition of the adventitious fraction of flora has been established and analyzed, and the results of the influence of the expansion of the adventive species on the structural parameters of the flora in the Prut-Dniester interfluve territory have been characterized. The composition of the invasive species of the region has been determined. Based on the methodology used in preparing "Atlas Florae Europaea", series of mapping materials are represented; maps for the distribution of rare plant species in the Prut-Dniester interfluve on net basis with a side of 5?5 kilometers and a database on which identified "hot spots" of biodiversity on this territory have been generalized. The monitoring areas and transects for a long-term observations on the dynamics of phytodiversity due to climate changes have been laid. The areas of withering of pine, elm and ash forests have been revealed. The list of rare types of biotopes of the Prut-Dniester territory has been determined; its sozological significance has been characterized. New type of biotopes for the forest and forest-steppe zones of Ukraine has been identified; the topological patterns of the biotopes' distribution of the Dniester River canyon have been established; the classification of ecomers for the region under study has been developed, which is the basis for assessing of climatogenic changes.
