The development and optimization of synthesis techniques as well as obtaining of several promising aminohydroxybisphosphonates (pyrazole-containing analogues) were carried out. It was demonstrated the ability of synthesized pyrazole-containing bisphosphonates to inhibit bone resorption and effectively enhance mineral metabolism in experimental nutritional osteoporosis. In vitro model systems synthesized bisphosphonates dose-dependently inhibited marker enzymes (alkaline phosphatase, pyrophosphatase), decreased cell viability and functional activity of monocyte/macrophage cell lines J774 A1 and RAW264.7 (osteoclast precursors).
