The research addresses the methodology of identification and investigation of the domains of complex chaotic fluid dynamics at the interactions of large-scale two-dimensional and axisymmetric localized and distributed vortex structures in the flows. The transfer and mixing processes in inner and outer flows at the vortex structure interactions were considered. On the base of the physical criteria of movement chaotization we determinated the general regularities and tendencies of chaotic dynamics of scalar fields in the vortex flows.
