The models and methods of fixation of bone allograft recipient in cases allograft composite arthroplasty. Experiments on animals morphological study of the repair processes of bone allograft and recipient. A biomechanical study using mathematical modeling features hip postresection in the presence of defects in the muscles and soft tissues of the proximal femur of different size and volume. Theoretically proved the effectiveness of the methods of restoration of soft tissue defects postresection proximal femur in cases allograft composite arthroplasty. The experiment studied the morphological and metabolic features of the process and osseointegration osteoreparation native and deproteyine xenografts applied for bone grafting. Experimentally studied the regeneration of bone implant in dense synthetic biomaterial and carbon. A clinically tested methods allograft composite arthroplasty.
