A new system of laser-induced polarization autofluorescent nanoscopy of biological tissues and fluids in order to increase the sensitivity of diagnostics and separation of mechanisms of optical anisotropy of substances that are precursors of severe systemic pathologies of the digestive and reproductive sphere of human. The original computer statistical, correlation and fractal methods of evaluation of Mueller-matrix spectrally-selective autofluorescent images and differentiation criteria of linear and circular birefringence - dichroism of physiologically normal and pathologically changed architectonics crystals of biological tissues and fluids of the human body were elaborated and defined. Optical technology of spectrally-selective laser autofluorescent polarimetry of the distributions of parameters of optical anisotropy layers of human tissues and fluids in the problems of detection and early diagnosis of severe systemic pathologies of the digestive and reproductive rights was realized.
