It is proposed to involve some natural alumosilicates (basalt tufa and mixtures of tufa and nanosized titania) to produce the bactericide functional materials. Various technological conditions for production of the bactericide packaging based on the above materials were tested and analyzed. In this context, some technological improvements were proposed for the technologies of antibacterial packaging production. Then the quality and safety of the packaging materials have been tested and chemical and hygienic expert evaluation was carried out. Using these results, the conditions for exploitations, storage and transportation of food were outlined and experimental-industrial approbation of the packaging materials at food processing factories was realized.
