The purpose of research work - the process for preparing complex compounds of Re(III) from proteinogenic amino acids, study of their physicochemical properties and the interaction complex compounds obtained directly with biomolecules. Research methods - experimental studies using the formulation, technical chemistry and physico-chemical analysis methods thermogravimetry, diffraction, voltammetry, mass spectrometry, electronic, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) - and infrared (IR) spectroscopy. According to the results of the work developed a method for producing the complex of rhenium(III) compounds with proteinogenic amino acids as components of proteins. A binding peptide enkephalin with the Re complex(I). Based on these data the concept of purposeful introduction of fluorescent labels based on tricarbonyl rhenium(I) complexes by the addition of peptides to the phosphor.
