According to the goal: basic scientific approaches to defining the essence and classification of the of innovative employment have been reviewed; criteria for determining types and innovative forms of employment with the allocation demographic, technical, informational, economic, educational, occupational, social and institutional measurements have been developed; methodological approaches to the typology of innovative types of employment have been improved; demographic, social, economic and institutional factors impact on the quantitative and structural parameters of innovation employment in terms of structural changes have been analyzed; educational and occupational part of the process of formation and development of innovative employment have been reviewed; the major risks and threats of the current and future development of innovative types of employment based on the analysis of the impact factors have been diagnosed; the basic preconditions, factors of innovation employment in spatial terms and their classification have been determined and substantiated; the specifics impact of demographic, social, economic and institutional structures that determine the needs and level of primary socialization on the nature of labor and forms of inclusion to innovative employment have been analyzed. Scientific novelty of study results describing the following: Personal and societal threat of innovative employment derived from social risks have been investigated; societal threat are being implemented in reducing social cohesion, minimizing the importance of collective action, reducing the role of social dialogue, increasing asymmetry of social and labor relations have been brought; еestimation of prospects and trends of innovative employment on the basis of a scenario approach have been done; mechanism for ensuring the development innovative types of employment in Ukraine have been developed; recommendations on strategy formation of innovative employment in Ukraine have been substantiated. Survey results can be used by the legislative and executive authorities in the formation and implementation of social and economic policy, experts in the field of social policy.
