The object of research. Technologies and equipment processes straightening of pipes and round rolled bar on tube straightening machine. Purpose of the work: improvement of technologies and equipment related processes pipes based on the development of processes related of calculation methods, software development, implementing these methods, as well as the development of recommendations to improve the equipment tube straightening machine. Research Methods. The basis of theoretical studies have been put methods of the theory of elasticity and plasticity, such as finite element method using the software package ABAQUS. Formulating and solving problems by computer-aided design for settings and profile of tube straightening machine working rolls carried out using elements of the theory of operations. Methods of experimental studies carried out in the laboratory, including a physical simulation of changes in the laboratory tube straightening machine 3x160. Novelty. A finite element model of the process of changes in the pipes tube straightening machines ovalization of the cross-section. Clarified the relationship between the profiling rollers, straightening machine settings and parameters of the stress-strain state of the metal, as well as the residual curvature of the pipe. Theoretical and practical results: the method of calculation profile roller tube straightening machine and method of calculation of technological parameters changes, taking into account ovalization section, which provides enhanced product mix, changes end portions of the tube and quality changes by eliminating the "sinking" of the pipe during bending. Experimental studies have confirmed the accuracy of the theoretical results. The effectiveness of implementation: improving the accuracy the simulation results of 10-15 (%), the expansion of assortment tube straightening machines 1.5 times, increased accuracy and control output usable. Scope: rolling production, levelers, straightening of tubes and round bars.
