Purpose of study was to estimate the effect of cryopreservation and introduction of products of fetal origin on the structural and functional characteristics of cancer stem cells (CSC) in the development of cancer pathology in different forms of its manifestation. Modern methods in the research were used: flow cytometric, imunomagnetic separation method, PCR, cultivation in vivo, cryopreservation. A comparative analysis of diiferent mode was conducted. Repopulation activity features and structural characteristics of present therein progenitor tumor cells was assessed. The ability of FLC which were cryopreserved by selected mode to correct of the T-cell immunity state was demonstrated. The dose-dependent nature of this kind of cryopreserved FLC activity was shown.The results are the basis for early diagnosis, understanding of the pathophysiology of cancer and decryption of therapeutic action mechanisms of fetal material. The results which reflect the response of tumor cells of different level of differentiation to cryoinfluence can be used to optimize the methods of cryoablation of malignancies.
