The structure of the compounds obtained is established by a complex of physicochemical methods of analysis, including X-ray diffraction analysis. Found that 3-alkoxy-1,2-dihydro-3H-1,4-benzodiazepine-2-ones with high affinity to the central receptors benzdiazepinovyh (TSBDR) CNS. Most affine to TSBDR CNS were 5-phenyl and 5- (2'-chloro) phenyl-3-propoxy-1,2-dihydro-3H-1,4-benzodiazepine-2-ones with indicators Ki 4,95 ± 0 45 and 3,50 ± 0,31 nM, respectively.
