Researched and developed a methodology for evaluating the impact of climatic factors on transport and infrastructure, based on additional analysis of indicators of climatic nature that can increase the validity of the automated selection of the final assessment of the impact of climatic factors on the processes of logistics traffic management. In scientific work reasonably methodology and enterprise management system based transport logistics disclosed theoretical basis routing problem of transport and traveling salesman problem, the characteristics of algorithms for solving the problem of transport route and the traveling salesman problem description and server routing considering climatic factors. The analysis of the effectiveness and economic feasibility of application in the enterprise routing passenger and freight transport, taking into account climatic conditions.
