Research methods: clinical and laboratory, immunofluorescent, microbiological, biochemical, instrumental, ultrasound. Expression, dislocations, colocalization of apoptotic markers: Fas / CD95 +, Bax, receptors for TNF and IFN, Bcl-2, IL-2R, iNOs, transmembrane IgA, IgM, IgG, IgD in CD4, CD7, CD8, CD16, CD25 , CD34 in ICC and biopsy samples of kidney tissue, spleen and thymus of rats. Markers were detected using monoclonal sera labeled with fluorescent labels. The results were taken into account by means of a multimedia luminescent (Carl Zeizz -250SF, computer program Multichenel AxioVision 4.4) and confocal laser scanning microscopy (Axioskop-2 LSM 5 PASCAL Carl ZEISS with helium-neon and argon lasers) with three- and four-color one-stage painting. The resulting images were scanned and processed using a computer program LSV510. Chronic immuno-inflammatory process is characterized by activation of receptor-dependent apoptosis along the TNF? pathway with simultaneous activation of INF рецеп receptors, overexpression of iNOs, and inertness of Fas-receptor apoptosis. In CGN patients, the expression of anti-apoptotic Bcl2 protein is more active in cytotoxic T-lymphocytes. As a result of treatment, TNF? receptor expression is significantly increased and Fas receptor apoptosis is activated. Qualitative and quantitative changes in the colocalization and dislocation of the excipients of apoptosis markers in ICC and the correlation of close relationships between markers after the course of etiopathogenetic therapy have been established. A comparative study of markers of apoptosis in mononucleosis showed a high degree of their expression, more pronounced in patients with OEBVI. All investigated markers of apoptosis exceeded the control values ??by 2-3 or more times. Both in acute and chronic processes, the level of expression of Bcl-2 was statistically equivalent. Activation of apoptosis in infektsiyno-inflammatory process extends receptor-dependent pathway through receptors for Fas, INF? and TNF?. AnnV in ICC chronic patients was higher than with acute process. Experimental studies in rats under the influence of acute and chronic hypoxia have shown that structural rearrangements, mitochondrial dysfunctions are closely related to the duration and degree of adaptation to hypoxia, and apoptosis processes under these conditions proceed along the mitochondrial and NO-activated pathways. The individual map of apoptosis and differentiation markers, which are expressed in the CQI against the background of the immunocorrection treatment, is the starting point for the correction of immune disorders in the stages of etiopathogenetic therapy. KEY WORDS: immuno-competent cells, expression of receptors, markers of apoptosis and differentiation, chronic immuno-inflammatory and infectious-inflammatory processes, glomerulonephritis, pyelonephritis, mononucleosis-EBVI, hypoxia.
