The aim of the work is to create a technology for smelting high-quality homogeneous ingots with chemical and structural homogeneity from the experimental titanium alloy MIX, as well as determining the modes of its thermal deformation processing. In accordance with the purpose of the work, electron-beam melting regimes are determined that ensure the formation of optimal structures and distribution of alloying elements along the ingot section; The modes of deformation and thermal processing of the titanium alloy MICS obtained by the ELF method were determined, and the structure of the obtained material was studied.
