In work, using histopathological, histochemical, immunohistochemical, electron microscopy, computer-morphometric and molecular genetics techniques developed new algorithms for early molecular pathological diagnosis of cancer to vital organs and the new parameters of the preoperative determination of its invasive-metastatic properties, designed for the timely selection of the optimal individualized treatment tactics. The direct relationship between the increase in expression leavels of Ki-67, p53, p21WAF1 and caspase-3 in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, and the first time defined unidirectional growth dynamics of mRNA gene regulator CDK1 and cell cycle and cell proliferation ki67 a strong correlation between these indicators. For the first time defines the role of various expression of MMP-9, TIMR-1, E-cadherin and b-catenin in the invasive and growth of HCC and liver ChCC. The new IHC data supplemented by scientific understanding of high proliferative activity and reducing apoptosis of HCC cells and ChCC of the liver and proved prognostically unfavorable IHC indicators that suggest the propensity to spread invasive cells and increased tumor size. IT established that invasive EAE different from normal prolipherative endometrium loss of sensitivity of tumor cells and glands of the stroma to regulatory signals of estrogen and progesterone; increased expression of p53 and p16, which constitutes a violation of p53 and p16-associated cell cycle control mechanisms; as well as elevated levels of proliferation and a reduced level of apoptosis of tumor cells. It was shown that the expression level of VEGF increased in number: fibroblastic, meningoteliomatose, transitional and anaplastic meningioma.
