It has been established that the influence of salt, osmotic stress, and ultraviolet B irradiation with simultaneous suppression of autophagy leads to a decrease in cell survival, as well as to an increase in suppression of the growth rates of Arabidopsis thaliana sprouts. It was shown for the first time that the content of endogenous nitric oxide supplied by nitrate reductase is an important modulator of the organization of microtubules and actin filaments under conditions of osmotic stress and in the presence of phytotoxic metals in the cells of Arabidopsis thaliana nia1nia2 mutant mutants. The method of agrobacterial transformation for the genetic modification of tomatoes and barren barley has been adapted.5481
