The object of the study is the restriction of social functioning in schizophrenia and autism spectrum disorders. Subject of research - environmental, constitutional-genetic risk factors, social consequences of schizophrenia and disorders of the autism spectrum, medical and social rehabilitation, prevention. The aim - Based on study characteristics and environmental impact of constitutional and genetic factors on the manifestation, peculiarities and formation of defect states in patients with schizophrenia and autism spectrum disorders to develop a comprehensive system of organization of medical and social assistance to those patients with different levels of provision. Methods of research - clinical-psychopathological, psychodiagnostic, pathopsychological, anamnestic, statistical. Based on the results developed a comprehensive multisectoral system of medical and social rehabilitation of patients with disabling mental disorders (schizophrenia, RSA) at different levels of care, evidence-based and implemented methods for primary prevention at the community level, secondary prevention of restriction of social functioning at the level of primary health care. In view of the data by the competence of primary care physicians, specialized mental health care in the provision of health and social care this group of patients.
