The purpose of the work is improvement technology of corundum ceramics. The research methods are chemical, petrographic, electronmicroscopic and physic mechanical. Researches of these alumina А 16 SG and A 1000 SG brands produced by "Almatis GmbH" company (Germany) are carried out by spectral, petrographic and electronmicroscopic methods. These alumina are finely with developed surface materials, which characterized by high content of Al2O3 and lower content of impurity oxides. It is established that the using dispersing additive DOLAPIX CE 64 brand produced by "ZSCHIMMER & SCHWARZ GmbH & Co KG CHEMISCHE FABRIKEN" company (Germany) in optimum amount reduces the viscosity of the slips from the alumina А 16 SG and A 1000 SG brands with apparent density 2,1 g/cm3 to a minimum value and improves the it fluidity. As a result of researches it was established that the alumina А 16 SG and A 1000 SG brands can be using in technology of corundum ceramics by slip casting method in gypsum molds. It is founded that the optimum amounts dispersing additive DOLAPIX CE 64 brand for the slip from the alumina MARTOXID MR 70 brand by "MARTINSWERK GmbH" company (Germany) with apparent density 2,1 g/cm3 and for the slip with apparent density 2,5 g/cm3 reduces the viscosity to a minimum value and improves its fluidity. As a result of researches it was perfection technology of corundum ceramics by slip casting method in gypsum molds and added the appropriate changes in the technological instructions. As a result of researches it was established that the properties of the samples corundum ceramics from the alumina А 16 SG, A 1000 SG and MARTOXID MR 70 brands with the optimal amount of dispersing additive DOLAPIX CE 64 brand satisfy the normative of ТУ У 23.2-00190503-374:2012 according to КОPМ brand. As a result of researches a fluidity, relative and dynamic viscosity of slips from the alumina MARTOXID MR 70 brand with apparent density 2,1 g/cm3 with the additives DISPEX A 40 and OPTAPIX AC 170 brands for the manufacture product with a wall thickness (less than 6 mm) and for the slip with apparent density 2,5 g/cm3 with the additive DISPEX A 40 brand for the manufacture product with a wall thickness (over than 6 mm) was confirmed the expediency their using after keeping over than 24 hour. The main physic mechanical properties of the corundum ceramics samples which were formed from slips with apparent density 2,1 and 2,5 g/cm3 from the alumina MARTOXID MR 70 brand after firing at temperature 1580 °C were determined. The samples are characterized by high properties, namely cold modulus of rupture and thermal shock resistance (340 MPa and 160 °С respectively for the samples which were formed from slip with apparent density 2,1 g/cm3 and 270 MPa и 160 °С respectively for the samples which were formed from slip with apparent density 2,5 g/cm3). The technology of high-refractory corundum high-density products from alumina of MARTOXID MR 70 brand by vertical extrusion of thermoplastics mass method was improved and mastered. These products satisfy to normative of ТУ У 23.2-00190503-374:2012 with changes № 1 according to КОPМ brand. In accordance with the existing normative documentation and contacts terms on trial plant of PJSC "THE URIR NAMED AFTER A.S. BEREZHNOY" the trial lots of high-refractory corundum high-density products of КОPМ and КОP brands and chamotte cordierite products of ShКDТ-3 and ShКDТ-2 brands were produced.
