Results of the first stage of research and development (2015): On the basis of the systematic analysis of the problems of forensic psychiatric evaluation of PTSD, theoretical representations on diagnostics and forensic and psychiatric expert assessment of psychogenic mental disorders in participants of combat operations were supplemented and refined. A fragment of the research card that has been tested on thematic expert cases has been developed. 30 cases of forensic psychiatric examination were detected and investigated for persons involved in hostilities. The survey of expert institutions and units of Ukraine on the issues of forensic psychiatric expert evaluation of combatants was launched. The analysis of international experience of clinical substantiation and judicial practice of the use of state coercion to persons with post-traumatic mental disorders, committed socially dangerous acts has been carried out.54815481
