popup.description2
The object of study - lifting, transporting and excavating machinery. Purpose - improving the design and technological preparation of production materials handling, construction and mining machines possible on the basis of comprehensive analysis of existing designs of machines and technologies and the development of new modern techniques to enhance their technological level. Methods of research - theoretical studies on mathematical models using mathematical package Maple, Excel spreadsheet processor, etc., experimental studies in laboratory settings using a strain gauge instrumentation.. Theoretical and practical results: 1. The analysis of the impact of design and technological factors and the conditions of production in the manufacture of metal structures on the durability and quality of material handling equipment. 2. To study the question of the effect of mode of operation of cranes on limiting service life; the analysis of the structure of the actuators and operating equipment cranes and excavators, as well as structures and parameters of boom and boom support equipment and overhead cranes. 3. To study the causes of defects in the form sheet metal, and remedies under the improved durability of lifting, transporting, construction and mining equipment. 4. Achieved study designs and working equipment for straightening plates. The effectiveness of implementation: on the basis of methods of mathematical modeling of improving the technical level of performance handling and earth-moving machines in their design and modernization. Scope: Mechanical Engineering.
