A model of comprehensive medical and medical-psychological assistance to patients with non-psychotic mental disorders was created and introduced into medical-preventive institutions of Ukraine. The basic regularities of the influence of the microsocial and macro social media on the formation of the NPS were revealed and studied. The degree of influence of micro- and macro-social factors on the formation of NPS and the most significant targets of psychotherapeutic and psychocorrectional effects have been investigated. The features of contemporary psycho-traumatic factors, their comorbidity, connection, synergism, psychosomatic mechanisms at the NPS are studied.54815481
