It is planned to receive constructive necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence and construction of effective algorithms for finding solutions of nonlinear Noetherian matrix of differential, functional-differential and differential-algebraic boundary value problems, as well as finding direct and inverse theorems of approximation theory and conditions attachments on classes of periodic functions of a real variable; the calculation of the best approximation of the Cauchy kernel on the real axis with some paperstore spaces summable functions, finding exact values of best approximations, base diameter, diameter at Kolmogorov, best n-term approximation of certain sets of images of diagonal operators. The main results of the research are the theorems that have exhaustive proofs.
