Comprehensive survey of 147 pregnant women operated on heart proved that for this disease is a significant decrease in exercise tolerance, there are significant changes in the central intracardiac hemodynamics and myocardial contractility, there is some thyroid dysfunction, are a violation of the vaginal microbiota and significant changes fetoplacental complex, and amniotic space. In pregnant women, who was operated on the heart, designed by the methods of treatment and prevention of maternal and perinatal complications with the use of physical activity, correction of body weight and thyroid function, measures to reduce the maternal hypoxia and fetal hypoxia, normalization of vaginal microbiota.
