Research object- space information systems and technologies. Methods of processing satellite data. Purpose of the project- creating a system of decision making support using satellite data. Methods of research- structural functional analysis, statistical methods, neural networks, object-oriented programming. Within this work the relationship between Ukraine agro-climatic conditions and productivity of major crops. Built regression models predicting crop yields by using satellite data medium spatial distinction, agrometeorological parameters and ground-based observations. Also analyzed machine learning methods for remote sensing data, that can be used for classifying Earth’s surface, developed methods of classification of the earth’s surface based on time series of satellite data. The project proposed information technologies assessment of drought damage based on dissimilar, including satellite information. Developed information agro-monitoring system , to support decision-making for the benefit of agro-industrial complex. The system is based on the implementation of the principles of geospatial intelligence and provides opportunities for joint analysis of geospatial information across time and space fragmentation for users of equal to ministries and individual farms.
