One of the reasons of high indexes of mortinatality (60‰) during the disorders of the condition of the functional system maternal organism-placenta-fetus (FSMPF) are an errors during the leadthrough of estimation of conditions of vital functions of the fetus, ill-timed diagnostics of progress of distress of fetus or hyperdiagnostics of the threatening states of fetus and groundless activation of obstetric tactic. The result of the conducted researches was theoretical generalization and decision of scientific task which appears in perfection of technology of help during the pathological perinatal states in medicine by development of the new approaches to the complex estimation and differentiated therapy of disorders of homoeostasis of FSMPF with the purpose of decline of perinatal morbidity and death rate.
