Methods - medical and genetic counseling, molecular genetic studies, methods of mathematical statistics. Results and novelty. As a result of research collected and analyzed the clinical characteristics of 200 women with breast cancer with radiation anamnesis and without such a history (age, tumor size, the ability to metastasize in lymph nodes of regional or distant from the tumor organs, histopathological, immunohistochemical data and FISH study). Determined high frequency of positive family history of breast cancer in a cohort of irradiated and non-irradiated patients by the Chernobyl accident compared to patients without breast cancer (p = 0,002, p = 0,0007), indicating a hereditary disease. It was determined the frequency of genetic polymorphisms rs1219648 and rs2981582 gene FGFR2, rs3803662 gene LOC643714 and rs3817198 gene LSP1, rs889312 gene MAP3K1, rs12443621 gene TN2981582RC9 and comparative analysis of frequency in women with radiation-induced breast cancer and in women with spontaneous breast cancer. Credible association with the development of breast cancer identified only for polymorphism rs2981582 gene FGFR2 (p = 0.02). If the radiation-associated breast cancer mutant genotype T / T rs2981582 gene FGFR2 met often in the cohort of patients from 51 to 60 years in contrast to patients without a history of radiation (p = 0.03). Determined carrier association minor genotype T / T polymorphism rs3803662 in the gene LOC643714 positive BRCA1 gene mutation status for radiation-associated (p = 0.02) and spontaneous breast cancer (p = 0.03), which may modify the risk of breast cancer. Not found association with receptor breast cancer in the study of all studied polymorphisms. Product Description popup.authors Бичкова Г.М. Мехеда Л.В. Рибченко Л.А. Скибан Г.В.
